This is to ensure they fit most wine and Champagne bottle shapes but if you are unsure it is best to check the bottle you are using.

Label Material
The label is self adhesive and we print onto a special Poly White Matte Eco material (PWME). This is a white semi matte finish, beautiful to the touch and easy to apply to the bottle.

Applying the Label to the Bottle
For the best visual presentation, we recommend you remove the existing label on the bottle, before applying your personalised wine label.

To remove the old label off the bottle, soak the bottle in warm soapy water for 10-20 minutes. Peel off the old label. Apply the new label, smoothing from the vertical middle and gently working outwards.

We accept most major credit / debit cards which are processed through a secure server, making it easy, quick and simple for you to pay for your unique, custom and personalised wine/Champagne labels.

Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on the server of the credit card service provider. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server.

The Wine Label does not have access to any of your Credit Card data and so does not store this data.

We will never ring or email you and ask for your credit card details.

We only retain the information that we need that is related to your order. This includes your: Billing Address / Shipping Address / Email Address Telephone number / The label information (text).

How Is my Information Used?
Your information is only used to complete your order. We do not sell or pass on your information.

Delivery UK Mainland is included in the above prices. We do not charge VAT

Delivery - UK Mainland
Shipping in UK - we use ‘Royal Mail 1st class post’ and in most instances the labels will arrive the next day and certainly within 3 days from the date of our posting them. If for any reason you have not received your label after three days, then you must let us know immediately, otherwise we may be unable to help you.

Next Day Delivery - UK
Mainland You will need to telephone us (Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm) for a next day delivery as you can not order or pay for this service on our website.

We use ‘Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed’ and the labels are guaranteed to arrive before 1pm the next day. This is a ‘signed for’ service, so someone must be at the delivery address to ‘sign for’ the letter. You may prefer the label to be sent to your work address.

Delivery - International
There is an option in the Shopping Cart for you to select your destination country and the related price will be added to the total cost.

Cancellation
To cancel an order, you must contact us by phone or email within 24 hours of ordering, as we may have started processing your order within that period. If we have not started creating / printing your order then we will cancel you order and arrange a refund.

Returns and Refunds
If you are unhappy with the print quality of the label - please email to alert us and return the label by post. We can however only print a photo, logo or illustration to the quality / resolution it was supplied at. We will come back to you within 3 days and either offer to reprint the label or refund your money.

We will always refund an order if we have made a mistake in entering the text information you have supplied.
